My daughter needed a quick idea for a costume and so we took a look at what we had on hand and came up with this Mary Poppins costume.

Supplies:
- straw hat
- umbrella
- silk flowers and ribbon
- bow for blouse
- white blouse
- large carrying bag
- long black skirt
Directions:
We used hot glue to glue flowers around the top of the hat and added a bow made from ribbon. We tied a bow using wide red ribbon and pinned it to the blouse with a safety pin to give it an "old-fashioned" look. Use a long black skirt to go with the blouse.
