Spooky Eyes Nail Art

If you are looking for a quick and fun Halloween nail art design, try these spooky eyes! Simply paint your nails black. Allow polish to dry and apply a large dot of white polish. Once the white polish has dried, apply a small dot of black polish in the center. Once the eyes have dried, go over your nails with clear coat.

NOTE: I used nail art pens, but you can also use the point of a pencil dipped in the polish colors.
