Sorry the picture isn't the best but it was loads of fun to make and WON the costume party! It's not hard to make either.
Total Time: 2 hours
Supplies:
- cardboard
- stapler
- glue
- glitter
- black felt
- make up for eyes
- costume jewelry
- long skirt and halter or other top
Steps:
- Simply curl a firm tall cardboard to fit around your head and staple it together.
- Add pretty sparkly material to it via a hot glue gun or just use markers and glitter!
- I also glued black felt at the neckline inside the crown that reached the shoulders and really looked like a blunt cut black hair.
- Line on CAT EYES and borrow your mom and friends jewelery and wear a halter and long sparkly dress (from a consignment store actually!)
