Supplies:

Steps:

  1. Cut the orange and green tissue paper into squares, big enough to cover the top of the cup and hang down the sides. I set the cup upside down on the paper to figure out the proper size. (28 orange pieces and 2 green pieces)
  2. test for the tissue paper

  3. Put a candy or prizes into each cup. Then cover with a square of tissue paper and secure the paper with a rubber band. Repeat until all of the cups are covered.

I have had a hard time getting my cups to hold with the hot glue. I am gluing to bulletin board paper on a wooden board. Any other suggestions on how to attach?

Got a brain storm! why not use all those empty pill bottles? They are already orange and would easily hold one piece of candy like taffy, tootsie roll, or Hershey's miniatures!

Of course it would take a lot of them to make a decent sized pumpkin.
