No Bones About It

Great way to start the day of Halloween!

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of bacon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 egg white
  • sliced pimento

Directions:

Fry two pieces of bacon in a skillet. Drain on paper towels. Cut each bacon slice in half; arrange the four pieces in an "X" shape on a small plate.

Fry two eggs and one egg white sunny-side up in the same skillet. Carefully place on top of the bacon, pulling the bacon pieces out to form the crossbones. (That's why you cut the bacon slices in half. You'll need extra length to extend beyond the eggs.)

Decorate the face with sliced pimento.

I think someone had more time on their hands on that day than they knew what to do with. Gorgeous. Thanks for sharing.
