Check Thrift Store For Halloween Costumes

I do volunteer work in a local thrift shop. Do check in your local shop for Halloween costumes. As they are a one time a year item, there is no sense in paying a lot for the children's outfit. You will find really nice costumes for $1.00 and up.

I check the thrift stores for all kinds of halloween decorations and costumes. I bought a cape, skirt and blouse at a thrift store and the total cost was $5.00. I used these clothing items to make a witch. I have a pic of the witch that's sitting on my front porch for halloween. The witch hat I bought at Walmart for $1.00.
