The easiest way would be to get a full slip or a sleeveless pull over dress and sew layers of long silk fringe around it. You could even fabric glue it on. Start at the top, sew or glue fringe around and meet at back. Put the following layer just under the first one and so on. Silk long fringe is best as it sways good when you dance. Don't forget long beads, and a head band worn around the forehead. I would just is a regular hair band that stretches and glitz it up.

The last answer was just what I was going to say. Any straight slightly loose dress with fringing and a headband with a jewel and a feather.

Remember this was supposed to be a boyish look, so also wear a bra that will flatten your chest a bit.
