My mum used to put these monster sandwiches in my lunch so I'd have a laugh during break. I make them now, and not just for Halloween. It's simple, cute, and super yummy!
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- buns
- mayonnaise
- mustard
- cucumber
- red pepper
- white cheese
- salami
- sliced stuffed olives
Steps:
- Smear buns with mayonnaise and mustard. Add cucumber, peppers, and cheese.
- Add a layer of salami and have one coming off the front of the bun. This will be the monster tongue. Cut two thin, long triangles of cheese and use as fangs.
- Put the top bun on. Add a dab of mustard to the backs of two sliced stuffed olives and place on top of the bun as eyes.
